CNC B Shift

Boss Precision has been an industry leader for over 30 years in precision metal fabrication. We serve the following industries transportation, rail, and warehousing to name a few. We are looking to fill multiple positions in our machining department, on our night shift. We are looking for candidates that can program, set-up tooling for a Vertical CNC Mill. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of on the job experience and have knowledge of Fanac controls, Master Cam or 3-D modeling software.

Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to interpret multiple types of blueprints
• Exhibit excellent communication and organization skills
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand with repeated lifting and bending motion for 8 to 10 hours a day
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in editing program as the need arises
• Troubleshoot problems that might occur during production
• Must be capable of performing in-process inspections when required

Our hours of operation are as follows
7 am -3:30 pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 6 am – 11 am as needed
Night Hours
3:30 pm – Midnight Monday – Friday
* All training is completed on day shift hours
* All new hires are expected to be available to work overtime if asked

Entry Level Manufacturing

Boss Precision has been an industry leader for over 30 years in precision metal fabrication. We serve the following industries transportation, rail, and warehousing to name a few. We are currently seeking Entry Level Manufacturing positions.

You will be working on deburring parts in our second operations department that drills and taps parts.

Responsibilities include:

• Must be able to stand with repeated lifting and bending for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds independently
• Must be flexible to complete multiple different jobs throughout the day
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to understand and carry out written and oral directions
• All employees must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn a trade.
• Must be 18 years of age.

A-Shift hours are:
Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm
Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Saturday 6:00 am - 11 am when required
Overtime is based on the needs of the business
Compensation is based on experience

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
